My training is in integrative psychotherapy which uses a range of therapeutic interventions drawn from humanistic, psychoanalytic, relational and trauma informed theories.
I have over 6 years experience working with adults, older adults (65+) and young adults (18-24) from different backgrounds and diverse communities in charitable settings.
I completed diploma level 6 in Integrative Psychotherapy at Metanoia, London, and am currently finishing my MA in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre, London.
Before training to be a psychotherapist, I worked for many years in Higher Education and as a Graphic Designer.
I am committed to engaging in extensive and ongoing training and CPD. Examples of recent trainings include: Compassion Focussed Therapy, Nature Allied Psychotherapy, Gestalt Group Facilitation, Understanding Autism.
I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and am fully insured.
I hold a BACP and UKCP membership. My UKCP trainee membership number is no. 2011189008.
